Finding the Right Property

Once we haveall of your details and criteria, one of our experienced property experts will have everything they need, to give you the guidance you need.
You will receive a selection of properties that match your criteria and we will keep you constantly up-to-date via email and via the phone with the latest properties available.

Viewings & Offering

By this stage you will have vieweddozens of properties and that particular one has caught your eye. Its time to make an Offer. Making an offer is as simple as speaking to one of our property experts, who will in turn speak with the homeowner relaying and negotiating your offer. We will be at hand for your of peace ofmind and will be able to answer any questions or advise where necessary. This is a good stage to have made relevant enquiries and have a solicitor in mind to act on your behalf.

Offer Agreed

Congratulations! Once your offer is accepted we willrequire your Mortgage broker and solicitor details in order to prepare a memorandum of sale andwrite to all parties to confirm the agreed price.You will need to instruct your solicitor to start the conveyance process and inform you mortgage broker that you will be proceeding with a purchase.

Conveyancing & Survey

During the time between your offer being accepted and exchange of contracts, your solicitor will raise any enquiries on receipt of the draft contract from the seller’s solicitor and carry outsearches on your behalf.Both parties solicitors will then agree on a date for exchange of contracts. We will assist your solicitor throughout the process, keeping you informed whilst concurrently a survey will be carried out on the property on the Lenders behalf.

Exchange of Contracts

Once all enquiries have been confirmed and agreed, Exchange of contracts will take place.
Once the contract has been signed by both partiesa deposit will be transferredto the seller’s solicitor and acompletion date isset by mutual agreement.


The outstanding balance of the purchase price is transferred from your solicitor to the seller’s solicitor’s account for the agreed completion date. Once the money has cleared in the seller’s account we will be able to release the keys to your New Home!
